Head over to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics and reconnect with Google, give all the permissions, and configure the settings again.
To verify, clear the website cache, open the website in a new tab and see if the real-time user count is updated in Google Analytics.

Hi thank you for getting back so quickly. I sent through what i assume you requested which was a url link to google analytics . If that’s not what you need can you be really specific – do you need to go into my wordpress admin for example ?
