To investigate why the Content AI option is not working properly and showing a message about insufficient credits, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
2. Visit the Rank Math account area at https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ to verify your remaining credits.
3. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.

4. After reconnecting your account, go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard and refresh the Content AI credits as shown here:
