To investigate why the Content AI option is not working properly on your website, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Rank Math account that you’ve used to purchase the Content AI subscription.
2. Visit the Rank Math account area by going to: Rank Math Account Area

If the credit count is correct in your Rank Math account but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by following these steps:

• Go to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

After reconnecting your account, head over to your Content AI settings in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI, and refresh the credits count. This will ensure that the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count. Here’s a screenshot showing how to refresh credits:
