free account – Content AI credits not showing

    Hi there.
    My site quicklocalwebsites.com – free account and I do have credits on the account.
    New build of my site; I’ve added plugin, its todays version, I’ve connected and disconnected my account 3/4 times, and I’ve just done it again right now – and the credits are still not showing or being made available for the account.

    Thats from my account.
    So there’s credits there but they’re not showing up to use.

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.
    2. Head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
    3. Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    4. If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. Here are the screenshots for reference:

    5. After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    no as I said plainly in my ticket, I’ve done those steps and No, they did not make those credits available.
