1). This is a bit strange, can you reproduce this when all other plugins apart from RankMath are deativated?
2). Could you please check whether you have uploaded the correct sitemap on your GSC and that your page and post links have been crawled?
The sitemap should have the following URL domain(dot)com/sitemap_index.xml
3). I have tested your sitemap on onlinecurl.com and the noindex tag exists on the header as shown below:
Please flush your permalinks by heading over to Settings > Permalinks and hit save and resubmit again.
4). Rank Math does not have a setting to enable this option for your links. It is likely that you have another plugin that added the tag to your links.

Problem 1 was resolved with you last release of RM plugin 1.0.24.1 ( i think one of your developper found the problem). It’s ok now
2: Yes i have this sitemap url on GSC domain(dot)com/sitemap_index.xml
3 : i have flushed permalinks by heading over to Settings and resubmit again to GSC .
But I still have the X-Robots-Tag tag: noindex. I do not understand why ??
4 : i have resolve the problem of “no referrer” balise (for other user check on google “remove no referrer from wordpress”
So three out of four problems have been solved. But the problem number 3, i can not find a solution. RM adds “no index” to sitemap header

2. If you can’t find your website in SERPs even after putting in the site name that means one of two thins
a. Your website has been penalized.
b. You have made your entire website noindex, accidentally or delibrately. What does GSC say in this regard? Are there too many noindex pages?

That is perfectly normal and that’s how it is supposed to be. The sitemap has to be made noindex otherwise it will start appearing in the SERPs.
4. Yes, I can confirm that this tag is added by Rank Math. Even WordPress does that:

a) No I check on GSC and I have no alerts or penalties.. My website disappeared from google since the activation of rankmath .
b)I checked the rankmath settings + the page source code of my website , i don’t found noindex data
The only place where there is the noindex is in the sitemap + on the text file that rankmath has create.
