    Hi, I have purchased Pro Plans and have been using it for 1 month, but suddenly today when I log into my account, I do not see PRO Subscriptions.

    Sorry, but we do not see any payment from that account. We see a canceled transaction on 16-Apr-2021 but the money was never taken from your account because your transaction was canceled.

    Please check with your card provider.
