  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It is completely normal for a newly published post/page/website to take time before it gets crawled or indexed by Google. It depends on a lot of factors. Your posting frequency + the domain authority are just two of the many factors Google considers when indexing some new URL. Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on these factors (especially these two) and that has a direct effect on how soon or how late your content can get indexed.

With that said, please look for any coverage issue in your Google Search Console so we can identify why Google refuses to index these pages.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I checked a few URLs shown in your screenshot and they’re returning 404 errors. Could you confirm if these URLs are present on your website?

Also, as 5.x.x are server errors, please get in touch with your web host regarding this and they would be able to give you a better insight regarding the issue.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

Those urls are not present on my website… The hacker created them and I don’t know if there’s a way I can get rid of them.

Please I don’t really understand this 5.x.x server errors.

    Hello,

Here is a complete explanation of what those errors mean on Google Search Console: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/gsc-reports-sever-500-errors/375791/

Assuming you have the PHP and server logging enabled there should also be entries there on the days this happened with more information on the error.

Having said that, if those are links that no longer are on your website and they are not being linked from anywhere or present in the sitemap there’s nothing more that you can do to remove those.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Alright, but how about my post that are no more getting crawled and indexed by Google search console?

What can I do to fix that?

    Hello,

When websites get hacked Google stop/delay crawling and indexing hack-generated content. We would recommend to please review these guidelines provided by Google to recover a site after a hack:
    https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/security/hacked/hacked_with_spam?hl=en

We hope this helps you fix the issue you are facing regarding delayed crawling.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you need further assistance.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you
