If you see an error containing “updateMeta”, then your server must be blocking Rank Math’s API. Please refer to this guide to fix it: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
Let us know how that goes.
If the issue persists, please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click the Copy System Info to Clipboard
, and paste it here so we can further analyze the issue.

The Firewall is blocking the updateMeta
route. Check the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
Please whitelist this route in the Firewall:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me. We are using a firewall at the server, where we can allow the exact path of the URL. Please let me know the full path of the Meta data to be updated.
