thanks for your suggestions.
i just installed the heath check plugin and troubleshooted.
I found that the issue exists with all plugins inactive and with tewnty ninteen theme active.
So, i could not trace out the real problem.

This is happening because you are using Elementor to display the content on your pages. Unfortunately Rank Math is unable to detect alt tags when content is added with this page builder.
We however recently introduced an API to patch this by allowing our plugin to analyse all the content on the page but you will need to get in touch with the guys from Elementor so that they can help in integrating this API. Please note that this Rank Math test does not affect your site SEO since the focus keywords already exist on the page source.

I updated rank math and wordpress to the latest version….. And now, I see that rankmath is able to find the alt image keyword data.
