I checked and WordFence is indeed blocking the updateMeta route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
If you’re not sure, then please get in touch with your web host regarding this and ask them to whitelist routes in this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/whitelist-rank-math-in-wordfence/#num-2-add-allowlisted-urls
Once done, clear your website and browser’s cache and see if that fixes the issue.

I logged into your website’s admin area and upon testing, I found that the 403 (forbidden) error is shown while updating a post. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/PFrmST
I again accessed the updateMeta route and it is indeed getting blocked by WordFence as I mentioned here: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/focus-keyword-arent-being-saved-3/?view=all#post-311156
I can confirm that the WordFence plugin is not installed on the website. In this case, please get in touch with your web host as they would be in a better position to assist you.
Please ask them to whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
