I have a focus keyword set for my homepage. In the RankMath sidebar, it says “You have already used this Focus Keyword.” When I click the “already used” to show what other places that keyword is in use, it only shows that same homepage. I have also audited manually the focus keywords for all of my pages and posts, and that focus keyword is not used on any other page or post. Is this a bug? Is there somewhere else it could be showing up that is triggering this warning? I want to avoid keyword cannibalization. Thank you!

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
Please try clearing your website cache. Then, remove the focus keyword from the post and add it again. Save the post after, and see if that will update the SEO test.
If not, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Remove transients”.
