  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I’ve checked the source code of the pages you’ve shared and it is set to noindex. You can check the screenshot in the sensitive data.

Also, your checkout page is redirecting to basket page which is set to noindex.

Please set to index the page by go to edit the page > Rank Math Settings > Advanced Tab > Robots Meta.
    https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-tab/#robots-meta

Let us know how that goes.

    Hi Sharmin,

Thanks for the response. The page is already set index by default on the page. It is still showing as noindex in the source code

    Hello,

In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

Thanks I will send over the details as request in the next 24 hours

I have created a temporary login URL to the website using:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

The details are available for a week

    Thank you

    Hello,

The Woocommerce pages like Cart, Checkout, MyAccount pages are set to noindex by default, and there is no need to worry about this error.

This error suggests that the pages have been erroneously added to your sitemap when they should not be.

However, I’ve already excluded them from your page sitemap, and you can validate the error in your Google Search Console account. Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

Thank you very much for your help.
