    I understand that you have a dialogue with the request to rate your plugin (it deserves it), but it is absolutely incomprehensible that there is NO WAY to disable its display by clicking on one of the three options or by clicking on the upper right K. DISASTER. It is so annoying (because the dialogue itself is unusually large) that it practically forces the user to uninstall the plugin. Resolve it urgently or I will really remove the plugin from all the sites I edit and maintain. I know yours won’t really hit it but let it be known.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We coded the review notification in a way that we show it just once and if you disable it – we will never ever ask you again. We value your decisions too much to “force” a review notification on your website.

    If it not going away on your website – it is possible that there is some other problem causing the notification to be stuck there.

    Do you have any server cache enabled y any chance? Would you be willing to offer your WP logins (even basic ones) so we can take a look and see why you are not seeing the intended behavior?

    We really look forward to helping you because if you are facing this issue – it is likely that multiple users are facing this too.
