Featured Images NOT showing on Whatsapp and other SM

    Hi Rank Math,
    I’m experiencing problems with my proyect images when sharing on Whatsapp: you only SEE the link and NO featured image, which is on the web settings.

    I’ve followed your guide steps about CACHE Plugings (WP), and I manage Facebook,but nothing about Whatsapp. I’m working with a simple Thrive Theme web and setting with few plug-ins.

    This is my web developer support help answer:
    “Messaging services or social platforms have different ways of how they read
    the data sent to them. For this instance, it is not reading the OG image
    generated by your plugin Rank Math WordPress SEO..
    …I have tried this on my test site using a different SEO plugin, and it
    worked on my end. The plugin I used is Yoast – SEO.”

    Could you have a look to my website and help me to FIX it?

    i think a lot of people is having the same problem and thinking about returning to a simpler and solid SEO tool.

    I’d love to stay with RANK MATH.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you make sure your image file size is under 300kb? WhatsApp is really “special” for that kind of thing and it doesn’t load images greater than 300kb.

    The problems are on all pages, and I have all my images compressed all the site. There ‘s no image over 80-90kb.

    Please have a look to other pages and give me some solutions.

    It seems to be working correctly:

    It is the same featured image you are using on your page.

    I don’t see the issue.

    Please share more details if there is a process for replicating the issue.
