    Hello,
Since several days I have problems displaying my featured images from my blog in the RankMath preview and in Google. I have tried also with Yoast and the featured images seems to be correct. Could you please help me with this issue? Thank you so much.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Google takes the featured image from the featured image you set in your post, and sadly, it is automatic. I mean, we have no control over it. It is Google’s decision if show it or not.

Also, Rank Math adds it to the page Schema, so it increases your odds to display it (so maybe in a few days, it will be shown there).

However, you can also provide the URL of the blog posts for us to investigate further. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include it in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I checked your link and is indeed not previewing the image properly. The image seems to be failed to load properly thus it can’t render when you try to share/preview it.

The open graph seems to be loading fine as you can see in the screenshot:

Can you please provide admin access to your website so that we can investigate it further? You can follow the instructions my colleague provided in the first reply.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi,
I have updated the sensitive data with my credentials. Thank you.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we’re unable to access your dashboard. It seems that you’re using a security plugin for your admin. Please see the screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.

Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,
Maybe because I was connected at the same time? Could you please check again that I am off? I don’t see any active security plugin.
    Regards,
    Juan

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

We are still getting 403 access forbidden upon accessing your WordPress admin. Could you also check if you have set up any restrictions in your .htaccess file? Besides, we have dynamic IPs, and even if you whitelist our IP – our IP might have changed by the time we check your ticket.

To also avoid login restrictions at a time, you can use the plugin below to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us in the sensitive data section:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,
Thank you for the information. I have installed the two plugins (temporary login without password and wp security audit log). From which country are you connected? I need this information in my host to give temporal access and avoid the 403 error. I will wait your reply to give the access.

    Hello,
Could you please let me know the country where you are located to open the access in my host? I have to know this information before I send you the link created with the plugin temporary login without password. I don’t know if you get my last message. Thank you so much.
    Kind regards,
    Juan

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

Please open the access for India and the Philippines for us to further check.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,
I have created a temporal access for one week. Please find the link in the sensitive area. I hope that now my site is open for India and the Philippines. Thank you.
    Kind regards,
    Juan

    Hello,

Thank you for the access you have provided.

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the data you have entered matched with the social media image preview (I’ve attached the screencast in the sensitive data section).
However, if you’re referring to showing the image preview in Google search results, unfortunately, we don’t have any control over how SERP results are displayed, and Google displays them as per their will.

You can check this link for more information:

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
