    Please help me to solve this suddent problem that FB can’t automatically catch the featured image. When I use twitter and it work. But why only FB doesn’t work.

    I think its not the app_id problem.

    To troubleshoot this, please ensure that you have set the Open Graph image correctly using Rank Math. You can set the default Open Graph thumbnail in Rank Math at WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Global → OpenGraph Thumbnail as shown in the screenshot below:

    Additionally, for individual posts/pages, you can set a custom Open Graph/Social Preview image by uploading a featured image or through the Rank Math Block Editor sidebar as shown in the screenshots below:

    If the issue persists after checking and setting the Open Graph image, please ensure that the image dimensions and format are correct as per Facebook’s requirements. Facebook supports jpeg, png, and gif formats, and the recommended image size is 1200px X 630px.

    Facebook supports jpeg, png, and gif formats, and the recommended image size is 1200px X 630px.

    So IF I use webp this format. FB wouldn’t catch the featured image right? The problem is format？

    But the point is I can upload webp image to the post. So I think its not the format problem.

    I use jpg this format on featured image but the situation is the same. So it’s not the format problem. Please help me to solve this problem. Twitter can normaly appear the featured image but FB went wrong.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

    For troubleshooting, please try renaming the image file/URL in English characters.

    Once done, update the post with the correct file name and check again the post using Facebook Debugger Tool.
