Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Site health report is 100%, no errors shown.
The troubleshooting option is not available in the options??
I know as a fact the issue is wit Polylang as initially stated in my original message. I tried the solution described in your support ticket here: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/error-when-searching-for-an-empty-string/ Which I have installed but it doesn’t solved the problem. I still get the error. Upon further research I discovered that the issue is related to the Polylang Plug in for AMP (Polylang For AMP By Ahmed Kaludi, Mohammed Kaludi). only by disabling this plug in, the solution described in the mentioned support ticket works.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

I want to change the code in the Rank Math plugin files, so you can just give us access to the plugins folder.
I had added the Health Check plugin to see if any plugin is not conflicting with the Rank Math. Other than this, I have not added any plugin.

Both admin access and FTP is not working for me. I am getting an Unknown username and Unauthenticated details error when I try to login to admin and access the FTP.
