Fatal error Action Scheduler

#755794
  • Dear Team,

I have an issue with our customer’s website, and I think it is related to the newest version of Rank Math. I never had this issue before.

    this is the error:
    /var/home/jobverrueckt_at/www/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/vendor/woocommerce/action-scheduler/classes/abstracts/ActionScheduler_Lock.php

May I ask you if you know a solution for that issue?

    Best
    Sabrina

  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing on your customer’s website related to the newest version of Rank Math. The error you mentioned seems to be related to the Action Scheduler. This error can occur due to a conflict with other plugins or themes that might be using an older version of Action Scheduler.

To resolve this issue, you can follow these steps:

    2. Use the Repair Action Scheduler Plugin: You can use our Repair Action Scheduler plugin to automatically fix this issue on most sites. You can download the plugin from here and upload it to your site by going to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

    3. Advanced Users: Alternatively, you can install a code snippet to delete the schema option related to Action Scheduler. You can find the detailed steps for this method in our knowledge base article here.

Hi, I tried the first option, but the Action Schedular Plugin says it’s obsolete and nothing to repair. Issue is still occurring.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

This issue is due to the tables for the ActionScheduler library where the auto-increment flag in the primary keys is missing.

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.
