It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.
1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

I have tried both options, both install the Github plugin, and Codesnippet and I still get this error:

I access to the main site, but the translations don’t let me and I have updated Rank to the last version and nothing either.
