As far as I know I’ve setup everything correctly. In Google search console sitemap I already have this issue for 2 months: Discovered – currently not indexed. So 6 URLs are not indexed. Used your plugin for fast indexing and it said SUCCESS for my 6 URLs action. That was 2 days ago. I still have the same issue in Google search console but now it are even 7 URLs not indexed so actually the problem got worse. Any idea what is happening? Thanks for your help! • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The Discovered – currently not indexed status means that Google knows about these URLs, but they haven’t crawled (and therefore indexed) them yet.

You can request indexing for the URLs from the URL inspection tool in Google Search Console.

However, please note that it is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

Please check this website for more details.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Sorry I gave you the wrong impression. IT’S NOT ABOUT INDEXING but about crawling. You claim that the plugin will make Google instantly crawl (not index). Well, your plugin doesn’t cause any crawling by Google. So it doesn’t work at all. So, why are you claiming this?

    Hello,

The crawl date on Google Search Console will not match what the Instant Indexing API uses for crawling.

Also, the Instant Indexing plugin sends a request to the Google API to get the posts indexed but then it’s entirely up to Google if it will indeed index those posts because if Google deems the content to not be up to standards it won’t index them anyway.

Having said that, of the posts you shared some of them are already showing on Google and you can check the same with the site operator like so: site:yourdomain.com/permalink

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

Thanks but again I’m NOT talking about being indexed or not. My last message is clear: the subject is crawling and NOT indexing. Now you are telling me that the crawl dates don’t match. That is also irrelevant to the subject. THERE IS NO CRAWL DATE AT ALL BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CRAWL. So, unfortunately, I cannot draw any other conclusion than that the plugin simply doesn’t work at all. Now please stop denying that there’s a problem and please tell me what is really going on here. Thanks.

    Hello,

When you see a page without a crawl date it usually means that Googlebot didn’t crawl the page because it thought the page was being overloaded and rescheduled for another time.

This doesn’t mean the website was actually overloaded but Googlebot might have thought the page was near the limits of what the bot was able to crawl and rescheduled the crawl for a later date.

Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
