  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the FAQ Schema on your blog posts. Thank you for providing the example page.

It seems like the FAQ Schema might not be displaying correctly due to recent updates. To troubleshoot this, please ensure that the Rank Math FAQ Block is added correctly on the page. You can refer to the Rank Math FAQ Schema Block guide for detailed instructions on how to add and verify the FAQ Schema.

If the issue persists after following the guide, please try re-adding the FAQ Schema Block on the page and then validate it using the Google Structured Data Testing Tool to ensure proper implementation.

If you continue to face difficulties, please update the ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

It is showing yes, but the FAQ schema in the source code is missing. I don’t see it in Schema Markup Validator or Googles Schema Markup Testing Tool or in the page’s source code as I did before.
It was working on previous version or the one before that. Not sure when exactly did it break.

    Hello,

The FAQ block adds the FAQ Schema only when it is added as an individual block.

However, you are adding the FAQ block inside a Container block and that’s why the Schema is not being added to the post.

To fix this, please use the FAQ block separately (outside of any container block) to add the FAQ Schema automatically.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    1. Do you mean that if I have elementor template and a container for each post’ text and inside it I do gutenberg for post design, including rankmath FAQ block it will not work?
    2. Is this info written somewhere to read in more detail?
    3. And how was it working before?

If that is the case, then this becomes unusable with elementor and I will have to switch to elementor’s FAQ module for posts like I already do it on pages. Using Gutenberg/astra blocks for posts seemed more convenient that’s why I used rankmath FAQ module for that purpose.

    Hello,

Please note that Rank Math FAQ Block is designed to work only with the Gutenberg editor and its blocks and it should be an individual block to add the FAQ Schema to the page.

In the free version of the plugin, we only have the FAQ Block option to add the FAQ Schema on your pages. But in the PRO version of the plugin, you can add the FAQ Schema while using Elementor: https://rankmath.com/kb/faq-schema-elementor/

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.

OK thank you. I understand that the block must be outside of Gutenberg container. No idea why, but I’ll redo the posts to fix it. Thank you.
