    Hello,
I just created a faq in my article but there is a problem: it appears in the draft and when I save and look at the post, it no longer appears?
I upgraded wordpress yesterday and maybe it could come from there.
Do you have any idea of the problem?
    Thank you

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,
I come back to you because I tested your solution and after testing it turns out that I have no errors neither for the theme nor for the plugins.
I pushed a little further to see and therefore installed another theme and there it is the same. I deactivated all the plugins to see and it’s the same.
I reinstalled yoast to see and if I put a faq in an article does it work?
There is a problem somewhere but where?
I keep saying this is from the last wordpress update. Or maybe a piece of code in your plugin?
This bothers me because if I can’t fix this, I think I can turn yoast back on.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We are afraid you did not share your website URL so we cannot know where to use those logins.

Could you please share the login URL as well?

We look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I created a test FAQ page on your site even with all plugins active and it seems to appear perfectly fine. Please check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section.

Is there any specific post URL you would want us to check? If so please share the URL in the sensitive section.

I also noted you have a Structured Content plugin besides having Rank math schema module active. This is usually not recommended as having multiple plugins generating schema for your posts/pages may lead to conflicts which might have adverse effects to your site schema content.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thank you for your tests on my site.
I just found the error and it is a “google” Visual storytelling for WordPress plugin d “Web Stories” plugin.
If I activate it the FAQ does not work and if I deactivate it the FAQ works.
    Thanks for your help
