It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

Back to your issue, I’ve checked the URL you’ve shared testing on Rich Results Test and also searching on Google and it seems to be working fine. Here’s a screenshot for your reference:

Please note that although Rank Math adds proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not and it mostly depends on the keyword search term.

Here’s what Google says:

“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.”
