As per my knowledge and friend resources, I’m quite sure that the CSS code is correct at all.
It may be something that I missed in addition the class in FAQ schema section.

I was able to customize the style of the Rank Math FAQ Block in the Customizer by accessing it using:
div#rank-math-faq {}
