    Rank Math free

Hi there, I am trying to use the FAQ option on my website but I do not have FAQ available when I click the schemas. There is no block for me to select to use FAQ. How do I go about fixing this? I am also using Elementor and have tried going through the schema process both with WordPress editor and Elementor. Thanks!

  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

To add FAQ schema you will need to use the Rank Math FAQ Gutenberg block.

Please follow this guide for more information: https://rankmath.com/blog/faq-schema/

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.

That did not help, unfortunately – I have already installed RankMath but the button for the FAQ block is not available at all – I have no option to select it but have the all the other schema options.

These are the only schema showing up for me – no FAQ shows up

    Hello,

FAQ Schema is only available for PRO version of Rank Math. So, you shouldn’t be able to find the FAQ Schema option from schema generator, as you’re using FREE version of Rank Math.

But you can add FAQ block instead of FAQ Schema, as adding FAQ block automatically adds FAQ Schema to your site.

You should be able to find FAQ block using the WordPress Gutenberg Block editor:

If you’re still unable to find FAQ Block using Gutenberg, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
