    Hey,

    My blog background is dark; whenever I add FAQ block schema, it does not show the title. Kindly check the screenshot I have added!

    The Title is visible on the frontend but it’s not visible on the editor.

    Regards

  • Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Kindly check the Sensitive Data area, I have updated the section with all the data you have mentioned!

    BUMP!!

    Go to Plugins > Add New.
    Search for Quick and Easy FAQs.
    Click Install Now.
    Click Activate after WordPress installs the plugin for you.

    Why I have to add a new plugin when I am already using Rankmath?

    Any updates?

    Hello,

    We deeply apologize for the delay in response.

    The issue is there because you’ve enabled Preferences > General > Appearance > Use Theme Styles in Block Editor

    Use theme styles, controls whether Gutenberg applies styling from your current theme or not. If you disable this option, the WordPress Block Editor will look the same regardless of the theme you are currently using.

    Hence, disabling the option should make the FAQ Question visible in your block editor like below.

    However, If you still wish to use theme styles for your block editor, you can try creating an editor-style.css file with the following CSS, and add it to your child theme to see if that works for you.

    html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) h1, html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) h2, html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) h3, html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) h4, html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) h5, html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) h6, html :where(.editor-styles-wrapper) select {
        color: revert !important;
    }

    If the issue persists, I’d suggest you to get in touch with your GeneratePress support in order to fix this one.

    Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.
