FAQ block no longer detected for Schema

    Rank Math free

This used to work so I am not sure what has happened but using the FAQ block in WordPress by RankMath, whilst it is displayed on the page fine as normal, it is no longer marked up with FAQ Schema.

Running it through the Structured Data Tool from Google, FAQ is no longer detected and I can’t see it in the source.

I’m unsure why this would have stopped working on it’s own…?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

It seems to be working fine on our end:
    https://i.rankmath.com/FAnHkB

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Please try enabling only Rank Math and a default theme during troubleshooting mode then check the source code in Google’s Rich Results Test tool.

If the issue persists, could you also share the affected URL to further investigate this issue? You can add them to the designated Sensitive Data section
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
