FAQ block in HTML is correct, but not in structured data

    Hello,
I have inserted FAQ BLOCK on a page01 (see address in sensitive data) and tested some back and forth. The FAQ block is correctly inserted in HTML, but the FAQ entry is not present in the structured data of the page01.

I then also inserted the FAQ BLOCK in other new page02. Everything works correctly here.

What do I have to do to set the FAQ markup correctly on the faulty page01?
I cannot delete this page. It is very important for us!

    Greetings
    Slawek

    Hello,

Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the FAQ block is placed inside a container.
(Check screencast in the sensitive data section)

The FAQ Block needs to be added as an FAQ Block on the editor in order for Rank Math to detect the insertion and then add the necessary Schema to the page’s header.

Could you please try recreating it into a new block on the editor?

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello Anas,

I have now found the problem. I am working with Generatepress (GP).

When I insert the RankMath FAQ block in the editor inside a Generatepress block element, RankMath does not generate markup in the header (only HTML).

If I move the RankMath FAQ block from the Generatepress block back to the “root” and refresh the page01, RankMath adds the markup in the header correctly again.

I would like to format RankMath FAQ block without CSS inside GP block.
Now the web page looks very bad. Please for support and correction.

I think the problem is with RankMath and not with GP.

Please try this out if you can test with GP.

    Greetings
    Slawek

    Hello,

In order to add the Schema, the FAQ block should be used as an individual block without any nesting. There is no workaround for this and you will have to use the CSS if you want to design the block.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

    Thank you!
