    PRO version 3.0.6.1 ⎯ Failed to update. Message received: “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”. This is the 2nd time I’ve messaged you about this problem. No response received. What’s going on with you??

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Your account doesn’t have the PRO plan anymore as it is already canceled and expired. You need to have PRO plan to keep the PRO plugin updated.
