Could you please confirm:
1. If your website is verified on Bing Webmaster Tools?
2. You used the same account to create the API that you have used to verify the website?
Finally, please check if you can manually submit the URLs for submission from your Bing Webmaster tools > URL Submission:
If everything is correct, check if the daily quota is getting exhausted.
Rank Math shows the Failed to Submit warning when you try to submit new URLs and the quota is already exhausted.
If the quota is not exhausted, please set up the Bing Indexing API again, you might have missed some steps in setting up the plugin. This is a tried and tested method and we are certain that these instructions work.

Hello, Thank you for the speedy response, yes website is all verified as i said it works fine on the bing url submission plugin, the account is the same i only have one account, its linked to my google as well and all data is present on bing web masters but have filled all my api and webmaster credentials in rankmath and still nothing. manual submission works fine through web masters too and the quota is not exhausted.

site verification is linked though google so that is all 100% correct as is my bing webmasters account

The error indicates an authorization issue coming from Bing. Please re-check your API and ensure Bingbot isn’t being blocked.

well ive looked the the error logs and info and redone the set up about 3 times, bing bot is not blocked as i have said it all works fine though other plugins, worked fine on yoast seo and bing url submission therefore i would say its something wrong with rank math not my set up or firewalls or my bing api, rank math is upto date is on auto update, i have now had to reinstall bings plugin to do url submission and that works perfectly fine .
im sorry but if it works fine on everything else then its something wrong with rankmath and the way it functions with bing api , there is next to noting in terms of settings and set up for this other than the api key box under the instant indexing.
new sites id happily make a new account and api but for an existing and established site this is poor advice as it wont take into account of all previous data and rankings that have been collected by bing as it would be under a separate api and verification.
