Since you said those files are deleted, my advice would be to clear the cache (if you are using one in your plugins or even in Cloudflare). After that, I would check if there are those files in your site and if they are, I would delete them.

After that I would run again the SEO Analysis, to check if the issue is solved.

I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
