Failed test for www and non-www versions?

    Hi,

    My website is using a single url. When I check this manually, typing my domain with both www. and without it in all cases the browser redirects to the same url (in my case with https:// and without .www, which is what I want). You can see my website in sensitive data.

    However, for some, reason, when using your seo analysis tool, I get this message “The www and non-www versions of your URL are not redirected to the same site”, so I don’t understand why. Could you please look into it?

    I have just typed the www version of your website on the browser but it does not redirect to the non-www version. The link goes to a white page as shown below:

    I can suggest that you reach out to your host so that they can help in creating the necessary redirection.

    Hi Michael,

    Just wanted to thank you for your help! You actually made me discover a serious issue my website had, so I let my hosting know about it and they have solved it now. So really gotta thank you for finding this in the first place! Now I no longer get the message “The www and non-www versions of your URL are not redirected to the same site” in my Rank Math Seo analysis. So happy!
