Fail to link rank math account with wordpress - Support

Hello, I am facing some issues regarding the rank math plugin activation in wordpress. When I click on the “activate now” button, it shows me “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. In the SEO analysis section (wordpress), it shows me “Analyze your site by linking your Rank Math account”. However, when i checked the Websites section inside my Rank Math account, it shows me the website is already been connected. Therefore, I was wondering is it because of I am not the wordpress site’s admin so I’m not able to activate the plugin? Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Thanks a lot!
