Facing Critical Error on Installation

    I am trying to activate the rankmath plugin and each time I am getting a wordpress critical error. I have used the troubleshooting to see if there is a theme or plugin conflict, and there is not. Even with a default theme and all plugins off the rankmath does not want to activate.

    I tried going into debug mode and seeing what the issue is when activating and I got a error code that I attached a screenshot of below.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process.

    Thank you for that. The steps worked perfectly and I am now using the Rank math plugin with no problems.
