Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Hello there the problems its always the same.
I just do what you ask, and in any case it allways appears the wrong image on facebook and twitter posts using all the themes that i have Coop and Twenty, with all the plugins turn off, except RankMath.

I have been able to reproduce this problem on my end. It looks like the user share image is always falling back to the default share image that has been set on the Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta page.

We released a quick Beta update to fix the issue.
Please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
