    This does not work

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

That error won’t prevent the images from being parsed by Facebook and show when you share a URL, so the issue on the website has to be something else.

Please share the pages that are not displaying the images in the sensitive data section so wen can investigate the situation.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    these two are not working:

    Hello,

It seems you have not shared any URL in the sensitive data section.

To do that, edit the first post on this ticket you’ll be able to access the Sensitive Data section. This is a secure section that only our support staff can access.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We’ve checked the image you are using, but the size of the og:image is bigger than the recommended image resolution.

Please ensure that the image you’re using is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels, and the image file format you are using is only between jpeg, gif, or png as per Opengraph Standards:

    Looking forward to helping you.

Yes I have looked and the image is way less than the max resolution and is in jpeg format. Every other post is fine in Facebook except these two. I really cannot understand this

    Hello,

We checked your pages again and we can see the OG image of the “behind-the-scenes-how-your-custom-safari-adventure-comes-to-life/” page is showing properly. Please check the image in the sensitive data section for reference.

Regarding the “guide-to-safari-terms-and-jargon/” page, we can see the file name of the image is too large. Please try to make the image URL short or change the file name.

Once done, please clear your website cache including any server-level cache and check the page again with Facebook Sharing Debugger tool.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Hi, I noticed this a while ago and changed the file name. It has been “ABC-man.jpeg” for some time now. I purged all caches and it’s still broken on Facebook

    Hello,

The image on the second URL is already showing correctly and you check the same in the Sharing Debugger tool from Facebook.

As for the image on the first one, the URL is pretty long and the image is also in the WebP format so that could cause issues showing it on Facebook.

We can see that the live page still has the long URL so please be sure that you are using the correct image with the shortened URL and the correct image format.

You will need to fix that for the image currently set as the sharing image for that URL to make sure that it can be displayed on Facebook.

You can always use the tool we mentioned above to check whether or not it’s being parsed correctly.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
