The option to export available in Rank math is to a Txt file. To do this you can navigate to Rank math> Status & Tools > Export&Import Would you let us know why you would want to export to csv, may be we can find a way to help.

That information is stored in the post meta.
Exporting your posts from the WordPress export tool will export the SEO information connected to the posts as well.
Then, import that exported file the same way.

this exports only as xml file, not csv file.

Yes, since Rank Math only has the option (at least for the moment) to export it to that format; but since you have all those fields, you could try converting that XML file to CSV, for example, you could try it using an online converter like this one: https://www.convertcsv.com/xml-to-csv.htm
