Could you please share a copy of some sample links affected by each error so that we can check this issue further?
Please note that Rank Math sets all sitemap to noindex by default. This is because sitemaps are only meant to be crawled, not indexed, you don’t want to have your sitemap appearing on SERPs of course.
Due to this, when it comes to GSC and sitemaps, all you need is to head to the Search Console and under sitemaps, submit only the main sitemap file(sitemap_index.xml). You should then give it some time to crawl.

I have validated your sitemap with https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and it got validated without any issues. (Check screenshot in the sensitive data section)
Can you please share the post/page URLs where you are seeing this noindex error in the search console?
If the error is only on the sitemap URL, then you do not need to worry about it as the sitemaps are set to noindex as you do not want them to appear in the search results.
