    Rank Math free

    Hi,
I had to block all pages from my side from indexing as the website was not going LIVE for a while. Now, since September is is LIVE.
However several pages are NOT indexed on Google Search console.
I changed the no index tag in every page to INDEX…then submit the page for instant indexing…still not working for 6 pages on a total of 8 pages…

    Website in question is https://horseridingcambodia.com/

    Can you help?
    Thx,
    Pierre

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.

It’s great that you’ve made your website live and are looking to index your pages on Google Search Console.

Of the 8 pages you have set to index on your site, 2 of them have been indexed by Google. We know this by searching using the site: prefix function:

Here are some other things you can do to improve the chances of your site’s page being indexed and showing up on SERPs:

    – In your Google Search Console account, check for any crawl errors. These can provide insights into issues that might be preventing indexing. You can find this under the “Coverage” section.

    – Ensure that the content on the pages you want to index is unique and valuable. High-quality content is more likely to be indexed.

    – Submit your /sitemap_index.xml sitemap to Google Search Console if you have not already done so. https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google.

    – Make sure your pages are well-connected through internal linking. This helps Google discover and index your content.

Sometimes, it can take a little time for Google to re-crawl and re-index your pages, especially if they’ve been set to “noindex” in the past. Be patient and monitor the situation.

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

    Thank you.

    Hello Ike,
    Thanks for your quick answer.
I have done all this already…
Coverage error for the 6 pages is Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag….but when I check my sitemap on Google Search Console, I see it validated and 8 pages detected. All pages have INDEX in the Rank Math settings…and we do have internal linking too…

Not sure how long can this take…or what to do…

    Thanks,
    Pierre

    Hello,

You can request indexing using the URL inspection tool in Google Search Console See: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/ask-google-to-recrawl

Please note that crawling can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Be patient and monitor progress using either the Index Status report or the URL Inspection tool.

    Thanks.
