I’ve further checked your site, and it seems that the image is still included in your sitemap.
I’ve already excluded the image from your sitemap and flushed your sitemap cache by following these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.

Please also check your server and make sure that your sitemap is excluded via server-level cache.
I’ve also updated your robots.txt to exclude that image not only for Google image bots to ensure that this image will not be shown on the search results pages.
Please also note that Google is free to index or deindex the image since it’s showing on an indexed page.
