I have ‘Exclude Logged-in users’ from Google Analytics enabled in the Rank Math settings and it works fine for desktop. However, when I am on mobile and logged in to my WordPress account, I am included as a viewer in my Google analytics.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you confirm if the website in the sensitive Data section is the one you’re referring to? If so, it seems that the site uses two sets of Analytics codes, which were added using Google Tag Manager.

Please note that the exclude feature only works for the code added using Rank Math.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data to the correct website.

I only added Google analytics to the site via rank math on this one.

    Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

This could happen that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Simply enable only Rank Math in Troubleshooting mode and start enabling each plugin you have to find the culprit.

I hope this resolves your issues.
