Hello, I am using schema markup for almost every post of my blog. Also, by default blog post schema is selected for every post that’s why we do not need to change it if it is just a blog post. But, I often post Scholarships for students and add Event Schema to this. I wanna ask you guys what am I doing right. I put the start and end date the same as when the application for scholarships starts and on the last date I put the deadline. And, select the event as Online and then put the organizer link and Name. But, from the last two weeks, I am facing the issue with Event Schema. Google Search Console gives me Error that StartDate is missing. But I put that start date in the article in which GSC was detecting an error. While this I am also facing issue of SartTime Zone missing error in my other article. But, Rank Math does not show any Time Zone Option.
I also noticed that officially there are many great options in Schema that Google Recommend but Rank Math lacks off. Please guide me that how can I solve these critical errors and also there are many warning which seems illogical because I selected the correct options in rank Math But GSC does not detect them.
The last thing which I wanna ask is that I also provide information about the admissions of Universities and various institutions, Can I put Course schema for the programs offered by institutions. Like if I wanna post about the Master’s program of a university, can I put Course schema in this type of post. Thank You!
Here is the example of a post where GSC showing an error of StartDate missing,
    Source to StartDate Missing Error
And, Also, here below I am leaving the link to the error “Datetime property “startDate” is missing a timezone”
    Missing Time Zone error

    Hi Ahsan,

You had not added all the information in the Schema:
    null

That is why you were getting the Schema error. I have entered some random dates for you and now it is working.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

I am sure that when I checked the post then dates entries were filled. I wanna ask you that what did you do or you just opened this post and noticed that dates boxes were not filled.
I also asked other questions which are not answered by you yet, Please see them and give answers to me. I am again re-writting these questions.

I often post Scholarships for students and add Event Schema to this. I wanna ask you guys what am I doing right. I put the start and end date the same as when the application for scholarships starts and on the last date I put the deadline. And, select the event as Online and then put the organizer link and Name. Can I use event schema for such scholarships posts. Because I think scholarships can be considered as online events, that’s why i put that. But in this they also ask for entry tickets availibilty and price for tickets which I thinks do not apply on these type of scholarships. My question is am I doing agains Google Policies by adding event schema to such posts. If yes, then can you suggest me a schema relevant to this.

    And, the other questions was,

    Hi Ahsan,

    I didn’t do anything.

I just opened the post and took the screenshot. Please try adding the value again. If they vanish, let us know. We will do some further troubleshooting.

    > I often post Scholarships for students and add Event Schema to this. I wanna ask you guys what am I doing right.

This is not what the Event Schema is for. You might not get the results you decide. You should use Article Schema instead of Event Schema.

    > Can I put Course schema in this type of post.

    Yes, that would be suitable.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello, guys
I have not received a response from you at the last one. Please, give me the solution because I am getting GSC error again and again. I have not seen anything back from you at my last question. It is critical and GSC is not validating fix, I have tried by editing the schema date.
Please look into the matter soon.

Ok, thank you for your prompt response. I also asked another question in my very first thread. That question has not been answered until now. Please look at this, I asked you that besides that error which has been solved now, I am getting an error from GSC states as”Datetime property “startDate” is missing a timezone”.
Here, I am leaving the images of errors, so that you may able to look into the matter. I was using All in one schema by brainstorm but I shifted to Rank Math because it provides a large number of choices and a wide range of schemas. But it has many bugs also. I have filled the start dates and end dates correctly but GSC is giving the error again and again. I also click at Validate Fix after making some changes in the schema but to no avail.
Here, is the screenshot of my schema.

And, here is the screenshot of the error, I am getting at GSC

And, if you wanna check my articles where I have put this schema then please check sensitive data here would be the link to administrative login to my website.
And, here are the links to the posts where the error is,
    1st error article
and, here is the link to 2nd error article

    Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

In regards to your other question, Rank Math saves the dates under the following meta keys:
    – rank_math_snippet_event_enddate
    – rank_math_snippet_event_startdate

    Looking forward to helping you.

Thank You. ACF Pro was/is the problem. But editing the meta fields directly works fine.

    Hi Andreas,

I am glad that you were able to identify the culprit.

To help us get to the bottom of the conflict, could you please share a screen recording of the steps that you are taking on the admin UI and the result along with a copy of any errors reported on the JS console on the page?

We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
