Error with sitemap on Google Console

    Hi there, I’m getting an error on the Google Search console for a specific site map. I have gone through all your help documentation and tried everything but it still isn’t working. I am getting this error:
    Sitemap can be read, but has errors
    Unsupported file format

    You can see the sitemap at:

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and add only sitemap_index.xml.
