Upon checking your page link, it seems the alt tags are showing in your image with the values. Please see the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
Can you please point out which image has the affected ALT tag values? You may also share your WordPress admin login so we can further check if the settings correspond.

Can you clarify what you mean by alt tag “values”. What values are you referring to? I can see in the screenshot that my images do indeed have alt tags. “dry eye” as you underlined is a keyword that we want to rank for, unfortunately, rank math does not register it.

Yes, the keyword Dry Eye is the “value” my colleague referred. I’ve also checked the post, and it seems that all of your images contain alt tags with your preferred keywords.
However, to pass this test, you need to have your Primary Focus Keywords in the ALT text of your image. You can check this link for reference:
