To see more on the error, you can click the option to show Raw response below the Error Undefined. I have checked your site and it returns error 500, you will need to talk to your web host about this. Seems like your server is not able to handle the API requests. Your host can check the error logs and decipher what might be causing it.
With that said, please note that the plugin is officially for only LiveStreaming and Job Posting websites. It cannot be and should not be used on news websites like yours.

Whats the difference between a job posting website and a news website like mine? I just want to submit changes to google once I’ve made them with the instant indexing publishing button.
I’ve contacted my hosting provider and they’ve said an api request shouldn’t be a problem
