You don’t have to worry about that 404 error since .map files are just used by devs to debug errors in the files. So, it is normal Elementor doesn’t include that file in the production version. Anyway, you can ignore it since Google won’t find it and then, it won’t cause any SEO trouble.

Thank you Albert, but that still doesn’t solve the issue which is completely blank page caused by Rank Math. When the plugin is deactivated everything works normal.
