Hello, i have a problem with my sitemap, i’ve been searching but i don’t know how to solve it.
error on line 3 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document.

You talk about some blank space but i don’t have this, and algo no problems with the pluggins or salient theme.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

I checked your sitemap URL and it is redirected to the 404 page. I also tried to access the sitemap with variations but the same issue persists.

Upon checking the source code of your website, I was unable to find any evidence of Rank Math. Could you confirm if you’ve temporarily disabled Rank Math?

In any case, please enable Rank Math and follow the below steps and see if that helps:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Please exclude the Sitemap files of Rank Math from the caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps again.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

Thank you very much for the answer 🙂

I temporarily disabled rank math, i’ve been trying to turn off all plugins and themes, but the problem is’s when i run rank math. You can try it now, it’s active.

    I’ve tryed step 1, and 3, i’m not using a caché plugin.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hello,

I’ve checked your sitemap, and indeed it is getting the XML declaration allowed error.

This error occurs when there’s a white space being added in your wp-config.php or theme’s functions.php file. Here’s a link for more information:

You can get in touch with your web host for assistance checking your website files for you.

Thank you very much. I’ve solved the problem, it was a blank space at the end of fuctions.php of the child theme, and i was looking before at the parent theme.

Thank you very much for the support. Have a nice day
