    I keep on having this error notice on my site

    A database error was detected during the page rendering: “Duplicate entry 6243 for key PRIMARY“ in the query “INSERT INTO wp_w3zhhyu7id_rank_math_internal_meta (object_id, incoming_link_count) VALUES (6243, 0)

    how can I prevent this?

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    Upon checking your website, I did not see any section that shows this error. Perhaps you may want to clarify where you see it so that we are in a position to troubleshoot it.

    Also, I have gone ahead and re-created your database tables with Rank Math tools under WP-Admin > Rank Math > Status & tools > Database Tools.

    Please check if this resolved the issue here. If not kindly be a little more specific on where you are encountering this error. You can as well enable the visibility of your error log as well.

    Hi Brian,

    We are seeing the error on elastic cloud as we integrated the site to them.
    Error is not visible when enabling error reporting on the site.

    We are not seeing the error on elastic cloud for now. I think your fix did the trick.
