Please check your theme files if you have the rank-math.php file with this filter:

* Filter to remove Rank Math data from the database
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math_clear_data_on_uninstall', '__return_true' );
If it’s not present, then check your theme’s functions.php file and search for that code. If it’s present, then you can remove it.
Regarding the Rank Math PRO, your account is under the free version.
