Could you please confirm if you’ve added any custom schema on your website? If so, please try to remove that and after clearing your website cache, please check the URL again with Google’s Rich Results Test tool.
Regarding the FAQ block, please note that you can only add the Rank Math FAQ block in the Gutenberg block editor. https://rankmath.com/kb/faq-schema-block/
